Janice has over fifteen years experience in the planning, development and financing of senior living facilities. Janice's passion for the senior living industry is exhibited both in her work and in her participation on the Board of Directors of a non-profit continuing care retirement community.

Education:
Janice received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Health Care Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
