Providing financial advisory services, including identification of funding sources, evaluation and selection of financing alternatives, negotiating business terms and covenants, and covenant compliance and reporting.
Performing valuation assistance for acquisitions of long-term care and senior living facilities.
Performing benchmarking projects for senior care and retirement housing organizations, including statewide benchmarking programs, allowing providers to analyze their operational performance versus their peers and identify best practices.
Frequent speaker at state and national senior living conferences.
