Renee has an operations management background that spans over 15 years in healthcare services, primarily within senior living organizations.  As a Senior Leader, her responsibilities included the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans, in addition to the daily management of a CCRC. Ms. Cisewski has been the project manager for numerous significant initiatives, including organizational restructuring, program development, new construction and renovation, process redesign, integrated software implementation and CARF-CCAC accreditation.

Education:
Renee received a Bachelor in Healthcare Administration and a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University. Renee is a licensed nursing home administrator and is a Leadership AAHSA fellow.
